Fast Version Cannabis Seeds

Fast version seeds: common questions

What are fast version seeds?

Fast version seeds are photoperiod cannabis strains bred to flower faster than the standard version of the same strain, so they are ready to harvest earlier.

What is the difference between fast version and autoflower seeds?

Autoflowers flower automatically on their own schedule. Fast version plants are photoperiod: they flower when the days get shorter, but finish sooner than standard strains.

Do you ship fast version seeds across Canada?

Yes. Quebec Cannabis Seeds ships from Quebec across Canada and to the USA. Orders over $200 ship free, and every order includes free seeds.

QCS Early Outdoor Canadian Strains

At Quebec Cannabis Seeds (QCS), we focus on one clear niche: being the Canadian hobbyist’s outdoor and first-grow seed bank. Our goal is simple—help home growers across Canada choose genetics that fit real outdoor conditions, not idealized grow-room environments. That’s exactly why our Early Outdoor Canadian Strains category exists.

This collection is built for growers in Quebec, Ontario, and the Maritimes, where shorter summers, cooler nights, early fall rain, and seasonal humidity can make timing everything. We select early-finishing and fast version marijuana seeds that are better suited to northern outdoor growing, helping hobby growers reduce end-of-season risk and improve their chances of a successful harvest.

Instead of trying to compete as a generalist seed bank, QCS focuses on practical outdoor performance for first-time and home growers. Our product naming, strain categories, and messaging are designed to make it easier to identify the right seeds for your climate and skill level. If you’re growing outdoors in eastern Canada and want dependable, easier-to-manage genetics, this is the category built for you.
