Quebec Cannabis Seeds (QCS) is a Canadian seed bank founded in Quebec in 2015 by Trent LaPierre, who has more than 35 years of cannabis growing experience. This page sets out, in plain terms, what we guarantee, how we ship, and how returns and replacements work.

Our two guarantees

In short: delivery is guaranteed at 100%, and germination is guaranteed at 80%. They are two separate guarantees.

Delivery is guaranteed at 100%

We guarantee delivery at 100%: every order is guaranteed to arrive. If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, contact us by chat, email, or phone and we will help. Please check your spam folder first, as the automated confirmation email sometimes lands there.

Germination is guaranteed at 80%

If fewer than 80% of your seeds germinate, we send replacement seeds — no questions asked about how you grew them. Low germination is not on you; some seeds in any batch simply won’t sprout, and that risk is ours to cover, not yours. This germination guarantee is separate from the delivery guarantee above.

Discreet shipping

Every order is packed in plain, unbranded packaging. No logos, cannabis-related wording, or details about the contents appear on the outside. Orders are typically shipped the same day or within 24 hours after payment is confirmed, Monday to Friday. Canadian orders ship with Canada Post; US orders ship with UPS Express.

Returns, refunds and replacements

• Returns: accepted within 14 days of delivery. Seeds must be unopened and in their original packaging, and any complimentary items included with the order must be returned too. Pick and Mix seeds cannot be returned.
• Refunds: once returned items have been inspected, refunds are processed within seven days or sooner.
• Damaged in transit: contact us by email or phone with your order number. No photos or proof are requested: we take you at your word and send a replacement, the same day or the next day at the latest.
• Cancellations: orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please call us right away, because an email may be read after the order has already been dispatched.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty, we made an error, or it arrived damaged.

About free seeds

Free seeds are the same quality as paid seeds, and often better. We deliberately give our best genetics and strains as free seeds, so you can try something amazing and come back for more.

How to make a claim

Email [email protected] or call 514-805-2741 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM Eastern). Give us your order number and tell us what happened: seeds that did not germinate, a parcel that was lost, or an order that arrived damaged.

• No photos and no proof are requested. We take you at your word.
• We replace what you tell us is wrong: seeds that did not germinate, lost parcels and damaged orders.
• Replacements ship the same day or the next day at the latest. Most go by regular mail, and some are sent by express.

Yes, by Express for $25, in 1 to 2 business days with tracking. Orders over $200 ship free.

What if my seeds arrive damaged?

Contact us by email or phone with your order number. No photos or proof are needed, and we send a replacement the same day or the next day at the latest.

Can I return seeds?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Pick and Mix seeds are not returnable.

Which payment methods can I use?

Visa and Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer within Canada, and cryptocurrency. For crypto we accept Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Dash. You choose your method at checkout, where the payment details are shown.
