Watermelon Zkittlez were sent to us by QCS as a replacement for another strain that did not germinate. 100% germination rate on wet paper towel for this strain. Plants grew only about 5 feet tall, which is great for smaller spaces (esp. in a pot on a balcony), but the buds were thick and heavy with white resin. The yield was about 150g per plant only, but it is a nice strong high. The only 1 star I take off is because of the very strong skunky smell that permeated my place while drying it. It was so strong that you could smell it all over our apartment building. After it dried, the aroma changed into more subdued fruity smell. Overall not bad strain at all, but wouldn't probably grow again due to the strong smell.

The genetics don't seem to be stable, two of the seeds exhibited severe calcium issues while the others seemed fine. My problem with these seeds are that they flower on their own, as in, they are autos which means the general size of the plant was not under my control. The yields were also low. The grape skunk that came with it produced monsters though, because they are photos.

Easy to start flowering before the wanted time. Also, genetic not stable because I have one plant really smelly (awesome skittle/candy smell) stronger and a bit different than the 2 others. Same grow tent and same time.

I was looking at trying some of the fast version varieties...i have the lava cake..seen the watermelon gelato..and thej ack Herer..went on the Watermelon...my bonus seeds were the jack herer fast....sweet..never a bad day with Quebec Cannabis Seeds..Thanks for all you do.

Grew this ya and first time in a very long time I had buds actually finish ..pretty mold resistant as well ..I live on cape breton Island and these finished with about 3/4 dried bud ..wish I could post a pic ...looks exactly like the pic

Well here we are at the start of another harvest. Southern Ontario outdoor. Once again doing QSC FV's in 15 gallon pots with nearly the exact same results as last year. This Watermelon zkittlez started stacking in early June already and probably could have used a bit more time out. We figured we'd better take it before the neighborhood kids decided to take it for us. Even know this is a bit early it sure is nice. Big fat buds with lots of crystal and the smoke is smooth. The only reason I took a star off is it was a bit of a pain in the butt to trim lot of small leaf around the buds but well worth it. If I keep giving everything 5 stars know one will believe me hahaha.
