Call of Duty organisera des événements spéciaux et publiera des objets spéciaux pour célébrer le 20/04, notamment Cheech et Chong en tant que personnages jouables téléchargeables.

Selon Gamespot, le duo sera disponible à l'achat dans un pack de suivi comprenant également trois plans d'armes, un autocollant, un grand autocollant, un écran de chargement et le coup de finition "Secondhand Smoke".
