Canadian orders ship with Canada Post; orders to the United States ship with UPS Express. In Canada you can choose standard (no tracking) or Express delivery (with a tracking number). Orders to the United States ship by UPS Express only, with a tracking number.
If you choose the Express option, a tracking number will be sent to you by email, allowing you to track your package with Canada Post (Canadian orders) or UPS (US orders).
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check that your address is accurate and complete (apartment number, postal code, etc.) before finalizing your order.
- Express Shipping and PO Boxes: For Express orders sent to PO boxes, we will use Canada Post services. U.S. customers are asked to provide a physical address instead of a PO box for shipping.
