These figures are ranges, not promises. Flowering time, harvest date and yield vary depending on growing conditions: the grower, the method and the season's weather. "Mold resistant" means mold tolerant: less prone to mold and slower to be affected. No strain is 100% mold resistant. How we set these numbers →

About 24K
Genetics & strain profile
24K — 24K Gold, to give it its full name — brings together Kosher Kush and Tangie: the heavy, earthy Los Angeles Kush and the tangerine-scented California sativa, in a 60% indica, 40% sativa hybrid with 19 to 22% THC and minimal CBD. It carries our mould tolerant and harvest from September badges, which together make it one of the more sensible choices for a Quebec garden: it resists mould well, responds to training and is done before the wet weeks of October. It is a newer addition to the catalogue and does not yet have customer reviews, so the figures below come from our own grows rather than from reviewers; its Tangie cousins in the catalogue give an idea of the flavour. If you grow it, a review helps the next person. Our seeds are guaranteed.
How 24K grows
Indoors, flip to 12/12 at 35 to 40 cm and expect another 50 to 70 cm of stretch from the Tangie side, so net it or top it once before the flip. Flowering takes 63 to 70 days, and the harvest window changes the effect: about 63 days for a more sativa-leaning effect, 70 days for a heavier body. Yields are 450 to 550 g/m² with a moderate feed; the Kosher Kush side builds dense, resinous buds, and the mould tolerance comes from good bud structure rather than from magic, so keep airflow through the canopy all the same. Outdoors it is typically ready in late September in northern latitudes, which suits Canada, with 600 to 700 g per plant depending on growing conditions — in the ground, in full sun, staked by August. It is grower-friendly and responds well to low-stress training and a single topping. Soak seeds 12 to 24 hours and plant directly in warm, barely damp soil.
Taste, aroma and effect
Tangerine up front — the Tangie signature — opening into earthy Kush undertones and a skunky, peppery finish. The effect comes in two phases: uplifting, cerebral creativity first, then deep relaxation in the body, and your harvest date tips the balance between the two; at 19 to 22% THC it is strong enough to start small. For other tangerine strains, see Tangerine Dream Autoflower and Forbidden Fruit; for the Kush side, Master Kush and Critical Kush.
