These figures are ranges, not promises. Flowering time, harvest date and yield vary depending on growing conditions: the grower, the method and the season's weather. "Mold resistant" means mold tolerant: less prone to mold and slower to be affected. No strain is 100% mold resistant. How we set these numbers →

About Quebec Super Skunk
Genetics & strain profile
Quebec Super Skunk Autoflower is one of our own strains, bred by Quebec Cannabis Seeds from Skunk #1, Afghani and autoflowering hybrids: 19% THC, a medium yield, a balanced growth pattern and our beginner-friendly badge. Its nine reviews average 4.4 out of 5: “the grow was exceptional — the smell on these plants is amazing, spicy, kind of like the good Colombian gold of the late seventies”, from a grower who planted two leftover seeds outdoors in fabric pots two years after buying them, “the super skunk is fire”, “good smoke”, and two customers who had a pack not germinate and got replacements immediately, with 100% success the second time: “they stand by their seeds — excellent customer service”. The honest notes: the same spicy-smell grower’s first run two years earlier “did not work out” and he blamed his own mistakes, and a three-star reviewer found the autoflowering trait weak — his plants took 90 days to start and he finished them under 12/12. Our seeds are guaranteed.
How Quebec Super Skunk Autoflower grows
Because it is an autoflower, it flowers on its own schedule without a change in light hours, and it flowers in 60 to 65 days once it starts. The plant reaches a medium height, which suits indoor spaces, and it has real hybrid vigour: “it can run away and stretch pretty fast if not LST’d”, so tie it down early. Keep temperature and humidity steady in the last weeks to prevent mould and mildew. One practical note from the reviews: the autoflowering trait in this line is not as strong as in our Ruderalis crosses, so if a plant has not started flowering by week 6 or 7, switch the light to 12/12 — one grower did exactly that and “it finally flowered”. Outdoors it is at its best: the spicy-smell grower’s plants in fabric pots in good soil were “exceptional”, and a late-May start finishes in late August. Plant it in its final 10 to 15-litre pot, keep the light on 18 to 20 hours indoors, feed at half strength and keep training to the low-stress kind. Germination that fails is replaced — two reviewers say so — and guaranteed.
Taste, aroma and effect
A classic skunky scent, powerful and pungent, with the spice that one reviewer compared to 1970s Colombian gold. Skunk #1 adds an uplifting, cerebral high and Afghani a calm body: the effect is both uplifting and relaxing, and at 19% THC it is an easy evening strain. For the photoperiod version, see Quebec Super Skunk; for a more reliable fast auto with the same Skunk smell, Skunk No.1 Autoflower; for the original, Skunk No.1; for a heavy outdoor Skunk cross, Northern Lights x Skunk.

I had an issue where none of the seeds in my pack popped, so I messaged QCS, and they -immediately- sent me replacements, saying they stand by their seeds. Excellent customer service. Well, after getting here VERY quickly, I popped them into my starters, and had 100% success. I LOVE super skunk, and these babies are only about a month from finishing now. I truly appreciate QCS and would recommend them to anyone. Also - that's gotta be the best logo in the business.

I should do an update on Quebec Super Skunk Autoflower seeds. I planted two seeds left over from a five pack two years ago.I planted them in fabric pots outdoors in quality soil. They are ready for harvest and the grow was exceptional; the smell on these plants is amazing spicy kinda like the good Columbian gold of late seventies! Harvest will be modest ( perhaps 3 oz per plant) but I already know the buds will be top notch in flavour and potency!

This strain did not work out for me . I’m sure the seeds were high quality as were all other seeds from QCS so I must have made a mistake while growing this strain because it did not turn out at all like the description says. Having said that the 3 free Geleto autos ( included with QC Super skunk auto) were much better. Same soil same lights so I can’t know for sure why my SS did poorly.

Great hybrid vigour remaining from the original cross. However, I feel like the line could use more stabilization. The autoflowering trait is not very strong. It was taking too long to flower (90 days) so I switched the light to a 12-12 cycle and it finally flowered.
