These figures are ranges, not promises. Flowering time, harvest date and yield vary depending on growing conditions: the grower, the method and the season's weather. "Mold resistant" means mold tolerant: less prone to mold and slower to be affected. No strain is 100% mold resistant. How we set these numbers →

About Gorilla Glue

Genetics & strain profile

Gorilla Glue is our version of GG4, the Sour Dubb × Chem Sis × Chocolate Diesel cross so resinous it gummed up its breeders’ scissors and went on to win cups on both coasts. It is a mostly sativa hybrid with 25% THC and up, one of our QCS Originals, a best seller and a featured strain, it carries our beginner-friendly and harvest-from-September badges, and growers have logged nine grow diaries on GrowDiaries. Thirty-six reviews average 4.7 out of 5: “19 ounces from two plants, my buddy got 16 from one — deadly smoke, great taste”; “a little over 16 ounces per plant, easy to grow”; “easy to clone, roots quickly”; and a pain patient who calls it “one of the plants that helped pain incredibly”. The honest notes: one grower found his plants “not sticky” — phenotypes vary — and two had germination trouble, one losing seedlings at an inch tall to what he thinks was a heating-pad error; in both cases we replaced the seeds, as one of them notes in his review. Our seeds are guaranteed.

How Gorilla Glue grows

Indoors it flowers in about 8 to 9 weeks with 500 to 550 g/m² when the plants are well looked after, on a vigorous, medium-tall frame with strong lateral branching that fills a net after one topping; it clones easily and roots quickly, as reviewers note, so keep a cutting of a phenotype you like. Feed a full schedule — the Chem side is hungry — and keep the air moving in the last three weeks, because the flowers get dense and heavy with resin. Outdoors it is typically ready in early to mid-October with up to 600 g per plant in optimal conditions, and reviewers regularly beat that: a pound per plant is a common report from a long season in a big pot or open ground. The window suits southern Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes in a normal year; for a September finish, see the Fast Version. It is a loud plant: plan for odour control.

Taste, aroma and effect

Sweet and earthy with a spicy undertone — sour fuel, chocolate and coffee on the better phenotypes, the profile the family is famous for, on buds that on most plants are sticky enough to earn the name. The effect is euphoric at first, a bright, happy lift, then relaxing, with a calm body, and in larger amounts it glues you to the couch; reviewers grow it for pain as much as for pleasure. At 25% THC and up it is very strong, so start small. For a September finish, see Gorilla Glue Fast Version; for another sticky fuel strain, Super Glue; for other best sellers, Gelato Autoflower and Blue Dream.

I got a pack of this type, they all came up, at about an inch, they all died, except for one, plus at same time I started my Autos, and they all came up like champions..
This has caused me to loose my growing season, usually I get two grows per winter, can’t grow inside in summer, to hot, I live in an attic.plus can’t grow outside, because I was so stupid 10 years ago growing maple trees and pine around yard, now no sun reaches our yard, maybe 4 hours a day if I move plants around to the sun, so that’s out of the question..I’m screwed all because of one bad pack of seeds.
Like I said I’ll stay loyal..because they gave me so much joy and great medicine..
Anyway thank you always to all the staff.

Wow, grew it years ago, but it was a time just getting used to my tent…I didn’t do very good…but this time around I finally got it down on point as they say, not used to all the acronyms at first..now thanks to Quebec seeds, it’s truly amazing what a few years of learning from mistakes..I’m now with OG Kush, Critical Magic, and a AK47, not one issue , not one…
My seeds have not arrived yet, but got to say I’m not in a hurry, those will be used in October in fall. Thank you all, you made my dreams come true, just had to change where I was buying seeds also, caused problems..yours always pop…thank you..
