These figures are ranges, not promises. Flowering time, harvest date and yield vary depending on growing conditions: the grower, the method and the season's weather. "Mold resistant" means mold tolerant: less prone to mold and slower to be affected. No strain is 100% mold resistant. How we set these numbers →

About QC Amnesia Gas
Genetics & strain profile
QC Amnesia Gas is bred by Quebec Cannabis Seeds from Amnesia and Chem Set: the soaring, long-lasting Haze high of Amnesia on the fuel and resin of the Chem family. It is a balanced 50/50 hybrid that tests at 22 to 28% THC, which puts its top end among the strongest strains in our catalogue, and it is one of our QCS Originals. We rate it moderate to grow: the plant is vigorous and tall, with the stretch of its Amnesia parent, so it suits a grower with headroom and some experience managing a sativa-leaning canopy. It is a newer listing with no customer reviews yet, so the figures below come from our own grows; we will add grower reports as they come in.
How QC Amnesia Gas grows
Expect a plant of 170 to 200 cm, so top it early, net it, and leave room for the stretch after the flip, which can double the height. It flowers in 8 to 10 weeks with 450 to 550 g/m² indoors — a strong yield for a strain this potent — on long, Haze-style colas that fill out late; feed a full schedule, as the Chem side is hungry, and keep the air moving in the last three weeks. Outdoors it is typically ready from late September into October with 600 to 800 g per plant depending on growing conditions, a tall plant that wants sun, space and a stake; the window suits southern Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes in a normal year, and the earlier phenotypes finish comfortably before the frost. It is a loud plant in flower: plan for odour control.
Taste, aroma and effect
Gas and diesel up front, earthy underneath, with mint and citrus on the exhale from the Amnesia side — a fuel-forward profile with a fresh edge, more complex than most Chem crosses. The effect is where the two parents meet: a fast, euphoric, cerebral start that lasts, with a relaxed body under it rather than a heavy one, which makes it an afternoon or early-evening strain for an experienced user. At up to 28% THC it is far too much for a newcomer; start small. For the Amnesia side, see Amnesia Autoflower; for other gas-forward hybrids bred here, SSKUSH and Quebec Blast; for another very strong strain, Fat Bastard.
