These figures are ranges, not promises. Flowering time, harvest date and yield vary depending on growing conditions: the grower, the method and the season's weather. "Mold resistant" means mold tolerant: less prone to mold and slower to be affected. No strain is 100% mold resistant. How we set these numbers →

About Chemdawg
Genetics & strain profile
Chemdawg Autoflower is bred by Quebec Cannabis Seeds by crossing Chem Dawg with Auto #1. It is a robust autoflowering hybrid, indica-leaning, and the page says it suits both beginner and experienced growers. It has eight reviews, all five stars. One grower calls it “one of the most potent strains I’ve grown”, with the Chem taste “insane” and resin “next level”, and ranks it second in his top five. Another says the buds are huge and the smell very nice, and a long-time indoor grower of three years calls it the prettiest plant she has grown, with a rich red colour and pink hairs. Several of the reviews come from one customer who also mixed up her labels at one point, so treat the details loosely; the praise for the colour, the resin and the Chem flavour is consistent. Our seeds are guaranteed, so if one does not come up, contact us.
How Chemdawg Autoflower grows
Because it is an autoflower, it flowers on its own schedule without a change in light hours, so you can keep your lights on 18 to 20 hours a day. It takes about 60 to 65 days from seed at a medium height of 70 to 110 cm, which fits a small tent. Expect 280 to 350 g/m² indoors and 200 to 250 g per plant outdoors, where it is ready around late August, early enough to finish well ahead of the autumn rain in Quebec and Ontario. One reviewer noticed an unusual leaf structure at four weeks; that variety within the plants is normal for this cross, so judge by flowers rather than leaf shape. Sow straight into the final pot, water gently, and harvest by trichomes. Autos dislike being transplanted, so a 3 to 5 gallon pot from day one avoids a setback; keep the stems supported once the heavy flowers fill in, and dry the harvest slowly so the Chem aroma that reviewers love is kept rather than lost.
Taste, aroma and effect
Citrus, skunk and spice, with the sharp Chem fuel note that reviewers rave about. The effect is energetic and uplifting, good for creative or social moments. For the photoperiod plant, see Chemdawg; for other autos with a heavy hand, OG Kush Autoflower, Skunk #1 Autoflower and Critical Autoflower.
