These figures are ranges, not promises. Flowering time, harvest date and yield vary depending on growing conditions: the grower, the method and the season's weather. "Mold resistant" means mold tolerant: less prone to mold and slower to be affected. No strain is 100% mold resistant. How we set these numbers →

About Incognito

Genetics & strain profile

Incognito, also known as Freakshow, is bred by Quebec Cannabis Seeds and known for its unusual appearance: the leaves are narrow, ragged and fern-like rather than the familiar seven-fingered hand, which is the whole point of the name — a grower who planted four along his treeline reports that “nobody noticed them”. It is a mostly sativa strain with 18% THC, and these are regular seeds, not feminized, so they produce both male and female plants, roughly half and half. Four reviews average 4.3 out of 5. The treeline grower kept one male, pollinated two branches of his female and harvested more than 100 seeds of his own; a Quebec grower loves the taste and the daytime high and found it resistant to mildew. The honest notes: with regular seeds you will cull males, and two reviewers had fewer females than they hoped — one female from seven seeds in the worst case — and germination of four of seven. Our seeds are guaranteed; if a pack under-performs, contact us.

How Incognito grows

The plants reach a medium height with a sativa frame and those odd, delicate leaves — a reviewer notes the big leaves are a little fragile indoors but fine outdoors, and that growth is a bit slow with a modest root system, so start early and do not over-pot. It flowers in 65 days with 400 to 500 g/m² indoors. Outdoors the harvest window is October 5 to 15 with up to 600 g per plant, which suits southern Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes, and it has shown good mildew resistance outdoors. Because the seeds are regular, sow a few more than the plants you want, sex them as soon as pre-flowers show (usually four to six weeks in, or sooner under 12/12) and remove the males unless you are breeding — a male Incognito is a useful stud for making your own stealth seeds.

Taste, aroma and effect

Earthy, citrus and herbal — a clean, green profile without the loud skunk of most of our catalogue, which helps the plant stay unnoticed. The effect is uplifting, good for creativity and focus, a “good daytime high” in one reviewer’s words; at 18% THC it is moderate and easy to manage. For other sativa-leaning outdoor strains, see Big Jack and Grape Skunk; for a stronger daytime hybrid bred here, SSKUSH.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Incognito seeds feminized?

How much does Incognito yield?

Can I make my own seeds with Incognito?

First time growing regular seeds. Another great outdoor grow experience for me. I germinated four seeds. Grew them along my treeline and NOBODY noticed them. One female and three males developed. I kept one male, isolated it, and later pollinated two branches from the female plant. I got more than 100 seeds. Another first experience for me. The high from this strain is great. Head stone for sure. Relaxing but not too heavy. Terrific strain. Nothing but compliments from my pals. A feminized version of this plant would be a big seller.
