These figures are ranges, not promises. Flowering time, harvest date and yield vary depending on growing conditions: the grower, the method and the season's weather. "Mold resistant" means mold tolerant: less prone to mold and slower to be affected. No strain is 100% mold resistant. How we set these numbers →

About CBG Super Glue
Genetics & strain profile
CBG Super Glue is a CBG-rich strain with ultra-low THC, bred for flowers high in cannabigerol rather than for a high; some reports place its flower CBG potential at over 22%, which would put it among the richest CBG cultivars available. CBG is the cannabinoid the plant makes first, the precursor from which THC and CBD are formed, and most strains convert nearly all of it before harvest; a CBG strain is bred to keep it, so the flower is non-intoxicating. It sits in our CBD-and-wellness selection and, with no real smell of skunk and no high, it is a practical choice for a visible garden or a balcony. It is a newer listing with no customer reviews yet, so the figures below come from our own grows; we will add grower reports as they come in. It is the second of our two CBG strains, alongside CBG Sour G — Sour G finishes earlier and smaller; Super Glue yields more.
How CBG Super Glue grows
Indoors it flowers in about 6 to 7 weeks under optimized conditions — among the fastest in our catalogue — with 450 to 500 g/m², a strong yield for so short a flower. The plants have the sturdy, compact Super Glue frame with thick stems that hold the heavy colas; one topping and a net keep the canopy even, and it feeds like any photoperiod strain, moderately. The flowers are sticky and dense, so keep the air moving in the last two weeks. Outdoors the harvest window is late September to early October with 500 to 600 g per plant depending on climate and pot size — early enough for most of southern Canada. One harvest note that matters more for a CBG strain than for any other: harvest on the early side, when the trichomes are cloudy rather than amber, because CBG content peaks before full ripeness and declines as the flower matures. Dry and cure it like any other flower.
Taste, aroma and effect
An aroma that leans earthy, hoppy and pine-forward, on sticky flowers — the Super Glue family profile, without the loud skunk of most of our catalogue. The effect is the point of the strain: with ultra-low THC it has no real psychoactive effect — no high, no couch-lock — and is grown for its CBG, which people use for daytime calm, focus and general wellness without impairment, the way others use high-CBD flower. For our low-THC strains with CBD instead, see the CBD seeds selection, including CBD Candida and CBD AC/DC; for the THC version of the plant, Super Glue.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is CBG?
Cannabigerol, the cannabinoid the plant makes first and converts into THC and CBD. A CBG strain is bred to keep it, so the flower is non-intoxicating.
Will CBG Super Glue get me high?
No. Its THC is ultra-low and it has no real psychoactive effect.
How much CBG does CBG Super Glue have?
Some reports place its flower CBG potential at over 22%; results depend on the grow and the harvest time.
How long does CBG Super Glue take to flower?
About 6 to 7 weeks indoors. Outdoors it is ready in late September to early October.
How much does CBG Super Glue yield?
450 to 500 g/m² indoors and 500 to 600 g per plant outdoors.
When should I harvest a CBG strain?
On the early side, with cloudy rather than amber trichomes — CBG content peaks before full ripeness.
What does CBG Super Glue smell like?
Earthy, hoppy and pine-forward, on sticky flowers.
How is it different from CBG Sour G?
Sour G finishes earlier and stays smaller; Super Glue yields more and has a pine profile rather than a sour one.
