White Truffle is a cross of Gorilla Glue #4 and Peanut Butter Breath, a 70% indica, 30% sativa strain that pushes THC to 25 to 28% — very strong, and one of the more unusual flavours in our catalogue. GG4 brings the glue-like resin and the fuel; Peanut Butter Breath brings the savoury, nutty side, and together they produce buds that are frosty, dense and dark. It is a newer addition, with one review so far: a grower who germinated all five seeds in two days in a covered mug of distilled water on a heat mat, had five sprouts up two days later in vermiculite, and called them “very good quality seeds” before planting four outdoors in 10-gallon pots. The structure is indica: medium height, strong side branches and thick, sticky buds that want good airflow and moderate humidity in the final three weeks. Outdoors it is typically ready in mid-October with about 550 g per plant depending on conditions, which suits southern Quebec, Ontario and the Maritimes in a normal year; further north, a greenhouse or an early indoor start helps. I did in distilled water a mug covered to block light in tray with heat mat (mixed in with cuttings) and got roots in 2 days, all 5 seeds of white truffle. I planted seeds in vermiculite and had all 5 spouts up in 2 days (in a dome with heat mat with other cuttings). Very good quality seeds.
