These figures are ranges, not promises. Flowering time, harvest date and yield vary depending on growing conditions: the grower, the method and the season's weather. "Mold resistant" means mold tolerant: less prone to mold and slower to be affected. No strain is 100% mold resistant. How we set these numbers →

About Appalachian Kush Fast Version

Genetics & strain profile

Appalachian Kush Fast Version draws its heritage from landrace Kush lines known for rock-hard buds; the breeders keep the precise parentage private. Repeated back-crossing shortened its flowering by about two weeks compared with a standard Kush while adding trichome density and disease resistance, and the small share of autoflower genetics in every Fast Version pulls the outdoor harvest into mid-September. It is a balanced hybrid in effect — a euphoric peak followed by calm. Two reviews so far, from outdoor growers in the United States, averaging 4.5: one grew it in 30-gallon fabric pots in full sun to about 8 feet, “very sturdy”, “easy and very resistant to pests and moulds”, with a “big explosion” of flower after week six, and noted it takes all the nutrients you can reasonably give it; his only reservation was a slightly high leaf-to-bud ratio. The other called it “10 out of 10 all day” after putting it out on June 5.

How Appalachian Kush Fast Version grows

Indoors the plants stay at a medium 3 to 5 feet with a yield goal of 500 to 600 g/m²; it grows indoors, outdoors or in a greenhouse. Outdoors they reach 5 to 7 feet — 8 in a 30-gallon pot in full sun — and give 600 g or more per plant in large pots or good soil. It is a hungry plant that takes heavy feeding within reason, and it is leafy, so defoliate the interior once in early flower to open the buds to light and air. The harvest window is mid-September, well before heavy fall weather, which suits every part of Canada. A Fast Version still needs shorter days to flower; the autoflower gene it carries is what makes it finish early, and it also means stress can move the date — keep watering and feeding steady through June and July and avoid transplant shocks. Most of our Fast Versions are ready in September and none should run past the first week of October.

Taste, aroma and effect

Ripe mango over an earthy Haze background — a tropical sweetness that is unusual on a Kush frame, with the resin and the hashy depth of its landrace parents underneath. The effect is a euphoric peak followed by calm: lifted and clear for the first stretch, then relaxed without being heavy, which is why it reads as balanced rather than indica. For a classic Kush that also finishes in September, see OG Kush; for other Fast Versions, Peanut Butter Breath Fast Version and Blueberry Fast Version.

She comes on fast after week 6 , big explosion .
Grown in 30 gal fabric pots outdoor full sun all day.
She's tall about 8 feet and very sturdy plant.
Maby a little to much leaf to bud ratio then I'd like but she's easy and very resistant to pests and molds.
Giver her the nutes she can take what you give her within reason . Should be done on 2 weeks about 65 days total flower and big long buds.
