How Sherbet Autoflower grows

Because it is an autoflower, it flowers on its own schedule without a change in light hours, so you can run the same long-day lighting from start to finish. It flowers in about 8 to 9 weeks. The plant stays compact, even where height is limited, and its high resistance to pests and diseases makes it a good choice outdoors, although resistance is not immunity. It gives 450 to 500 g/m² indoors. Outdoors it is harvested in late August, with 200 to 350 g per plant depending on conditions.

Sow directly into the final pot, because autoflowers dislike being transplanted, and keep the medium damp but not soaked at about 22 to 25 °C until the seedling breaks the surface. Keep the room steady, with consistent temperature and humidity, because stress can slow an autoflower and cut the yield. Water gently, feed lightly and harvest by the trichomes rather than by the calendar. Outdoors, sow after the last frost; a late-August harvest leaves room to finish before autumn weather sets in.
