What does Quebec Cannabis Seeds guarantee?

Can I grow autoflowers on a balcony?
Yes. Autoflowers stay compact and are usually ready to harvest in August, before the damp weather that causes mold and bud rot. Read Trent LaPierre's guide to growing autoflowers on a balcony.
Are any QCS strains mold-resistant?
No strain is 100% resistant to mold. Some QCS lines are mold tolerant — meaning they hold up better than average in damp, humid conditions — and we only say so where real growing results support it. The strongest defence against mold and bud rot is still a short finish time, good airflow, proper spacing and not over-watering.
What is the difference between feminized and autoflower seeds?
Feminized seeds are bred to produce female plants. Autoflower seeds flower automatically, without a change in the light schedule.
Which cannabis seeds suit beginners?
Forgiving strains and autoflowers are a good first choice, because they are easier to grow and flower on their own schedule. See our cannabis seeds for beginners.

Which seeds are best for growing outdoors in Canada?
Choose by harvest month. Most autoflowers finish in August, early photoperiod strains finish in September, and longer-season strains finish in October. Our outdoor category lists strains selected for short summers and cool nights.
How many seeds are in a pack?
Most packs contain 5 seeds. Mixed packs contain 8.
